If there is no retail, the staff are also reluctant to issue tickets. However, to find a solution to this problem, UPI payment has been allowed at Majestic Railway Station. Currently there is an opportunity to get tickets through UPI payment only at one counter. Apart from this, tickets can usually be bought online on the UTS app.
