Bengaluru: South Central Railway has decided to run two special trains between Bengaluru and Bidar to handle passenger traffic during summer vacations. Through this, the railway department has taken this effort to reduce the traffic of more passengers. Two special trains will run on scheduled dates.
From April 21 to May 13, it will run between Sir M. Visveswaraiah Terminal in Bangalore and Bidar twice a week. Another train will run once a week between April 26 and June 14.
Train number 06589 will depart from Sir M. Visveswaraiah Terminal, Bangalore at 11pm on Sunday and Tuesday and reach Bidar at noon the following day. Train number 06590 will leave Bidar at 2.10 pm on Monday and Wednesday and reach Bangalore at 4.15 am the next day.

Train number 06597 will leave Sir M. Visveswaraiah Terminal, Bangalore every Friday at 11pm and reach Bidar at noon the following day. Train number 06598 will leave Bidar every Saturday at 2.10 pm and reach Bangalore at 4.15 am the next day.
