Voting will be held on Friday in the Naxal-affected Bastar Lok Sabha seat for the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections in the state. In order to instill confidence among voters and conduct elections without fear, 350 companies of security forces and the state police were deployed there. The area is also being monitored by drones.
