Audio Case Leaks: Justice Babar Sattar’s misguided pleas against judges for malicious judgments Achi-News

Islamabad (Web Desk) A major development has come in the audio leakage case, the court imposed a fine of 5.5 lakh rupees on PEMRA, PTA, IB, FIA for filing applications.

In the audio leak case, Justice Babar Sattar issued a 40-page judgment on each of the four objection petitions against the judge. To bring the judge under pressure, the three organizations filed the application under the scheme, the ruling said.

The court rejected the pleas of PTA, FIA, IB, Pemra against the judge.

The ruling said that the four organizations tried to put pressure on the judge through petitions, the court gives full opportunity to the parties on the issue of tapping citizens’ phones.

The Islamabad High Court has written in the decision that if they are satisfied, why should contempt of court proceedings be initiated against the heads of the three institutions? Justice Babar Sattar also issued a 40-page judgment on all four objection petitions against the judge, stating that the objection petitions on hearing the case were malicious.

The court imposed a fine of Rs 5.5 lakh on PEMRA, PTA, IB, FIA for filing applications.
