These days the election season is taking place in Israel. So far, voting has taken place in many countries during the three phases and is yet to be held in many more countries. To mobilize voters, leaders of different political parties visit different countries and the rhetoric against the opposition continues. In this sequence, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma targeted the Congress. He claimed that the Congress could restore the Babri Masjid instead of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Chief Minister Sarma was addressing an election rally in Malkangiri, Odisha on Thursday. During this, he urged the public to make the BJP win in 400 seats to stop the restoration of the mosque.
Why do you only want 400 seats?
The politician said, ‘People ask us why you only want 400 seats. We want 400 seats because Congress can restore Babri Masjid instead of Ram Mandir. We must ensure that Bari Masjid is never rebuilt in India. This is why we need to give more than 400 seats to PM Modi and make him the Prime Minister.
