Islamabad (Web Desk) The government has increased the amount received under the Benazir Income Support Program by one and a half thousand rupees According to a private news agency, earlier, under this program, Rs. Speaking to the media, Director General Benazir Income Support Program said that 30.5 billion rupees have been distributed in the current quarter to more than 29 lakh deserving families of Punjab under the Benazir Sponsorship Programme.
Apart from the sponsorship program, Benazir educational scholarships have also been announced for the children of registered families and the scholarship amount has also been increased. Now salary is 2 thousand rupees for boys and 2.5 thousand rupees for girls, 3 thousand rupees for high school students and 3.5 thousand rupees for female students, and 4 thousand rupees for senior high school students and 4.5 thousand rupees for female students.
