An 11 member committee was formed from Chas Gurudwara on the instructions of Shri Akal Takht Achi-News

City Correspondent A new Gurdwara Committee of 11 members was formed on Sunday at Bokaro Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha Chas. That formation was done on 10 April 2024 as per the instructions of Shri Akal Takht Sahib Amritsar. As per the orders of Akal Takht, under the supervision of the religious preacher Bhai Charanjit Singh, after making the committee of 11 members drink Amrit, the President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of the Dharma Prachar Committee were elected. With everyone’s consent, President Jasmeet Singh Sodhi, Vice President Harpal Singh, Secretary Satnam Singh, Deputy Secretary Mandeep Singh, Treasurer Ravinder Singh, Deputy Treasurer Inderjit Singh and Chairman Dharma Prachar Committee Harbans Singh Saluja, Deputy Chairman Sahib Singh. The chairperson of the monitoring committee, Bibi Amarjeet Kaur, the vice chairpersons Bibi Rajwant Kaur and Bibi Jasbir Kaur were nominated. During this period, a total of 58 Sikhs along with the new members of the committee drank Amrit. Religious preacher Charanjit said that a new committee has been formed as per the orders of Shri Akal Takht Sahib Amritsar, in which the cooperation of Sardar Tarsem Singh and Sardar Bhavneet Singh Bindra was commendable. While congratulating the new committee, he said that we have full confidence that the new committee will conduct all the programs of the Gurudwara smoothly.
