A youth riding a bike was hit by an unknown vehicle on Friday afternoon near Surki Tank of NKJ police station area. The seriously injured young man was admitted to the district hospital in ambulance 108. Where the young man died during treatment. Police said Sachin’s father Vishnukant Mishra (25), originally a resident of Satna, used to work in a private job at a finance company in Katni. On Friday afternoon, he was coming from Barhi to Katni on his bike. Meanwhile, he was hit by an unknown vehicle near Surki Dame, and the young man was seriously injured. The injured youth was admitted to the area hospital in an ambulance. Where the doctors declared that he had died during the treatment. The police reached the information and took the body of the deceased into their custody and sent it for post-mortem after execution of Panchnama.
