A speeding bike hit another bike earlier in Balana village, Panipat district of Haryana. In the accident, three boys who were riding another bike fell down. Because of this a young man died on the spot. While two friends were seriously injured. Passersby took them both to the civil hospital. From where both were referred to Rohtak PGI. Both are under treatment there. The police were informed about the accident. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case of culpable homicide against the accused.
