In Pukaar-Dil Se Dil Tak, Abhishek Nigam will play the role of Sagar Maheshwari, who is a lawyer.
TV actor Abhishek Nigam, known for his performances in shows like Alibaba: Ek Andaaz Andekha and Hero: Gayab Mode On, has been roped in to play the lead role in the upcoming TV show Pukaar-Dil Se Dil Tak. Set in Jaipur, the daily soap will revolve around the lives of a mother and her two daughters, who are separated by an evil plot. The actor will be seen essaying the role of Sagar Maheshwari, the heir of the Maheshwari family. Seger is a lawyer by profession.
Talking about his character in the series, Abhishek Nigam told India Today, “I’m really excited to be a part of Pukaar – Dil Se Dil Tak as it’s a fascinating story. Playing Sagar’s character is going to be quite an adventure as he has multiple layers fueled by fear. and his motives”.
Abhishek Nigam added that his character, Sagar, is a confident and intelligent young man who does not believe in love. But inside he struggles with his emotions. He went on to add that Sagar hides his vulnerable side by pretending to be intellectual.
“So, bringing multiple emotions to life is going to be an interesting roller coaster ride,” concluded Abhishek Nigam.
The producers also shared the promo on Instagram. Giving context about the series, they wrote, “Kya Vedika samet paayegi apna bikhra hua parivaar? Dekhiye Pukaar, jaldi hi sirf Sony Entertainment Television Par. Check out the promo right here!” In a shout out to Ceili Slanka, actor Karen V said. Grover, super duper Sayli Salunkhe. Mazel Tov.”
Produced by Prateek Sharma’s LSD Productions, the show will also star Sayli Salunkhe, Anushka Merchande, Sumukhi Pendse, Mishika Popat, Vimarsh Roshan, Shweta Gautam, and Garima Vikrant Singh in pivotal roles. Pukaar- Dil Se Dil Tak will air on Sony Entertainment. Fans will have to wait for the official premiere date.
