Shiv Thakare has reacted to the news of his former Bigg Boss co-contestant Abdu Rozik’s marriage announcement.
Bigg Boss 15 fame Abdu Rozik left everyone surprised on Thursday when he took to his Instagram handle to announce that he will be getting married in July 2024. However, it looks like it is just a prank.
When News18 exclusively reached out to Showsha’s BFF Shiv Thakare Abdu, he told us that he had no idea about the wedding. Shiv said that he spoke to Abdu an hour ago but the latter did not mention anything about the marriage. This has left Shiv wondering if Abdu’s marriage reports are fake.
“I have no idea about it. I don’t know who the girl is. Only got to know him through social media. Instead, I spoke to Abdu just 30 minutes ago and he didn’t mention anything about the wedding. Don’t know if these reports are fake,” Shiv told us.
Earlier today, Abdu took to social media and shared a picture of himself holding a diamond ring. In the caption, she wrote, “I never imagined in my life that I will be so lucky to find a love that respects me and is not burdened by the obstacles in my life on the 7th of July except the date! I can’t express to you in words how happy I am.”
In the video clip, Abdu was seen sitting on a couch, wearing a crisp, black and white tuxedo. “As you know, I am 20 years old. I have a dream of falling in love, having a girl who respects me and loves me too much. It has been my dream. Suddenly, I found that girl, who respects me, giving me too much love. I don’t know how to say… I’m too excited. I have one surprise for all of you,” he said.
Hailing from Tajikistan, Abdu Rozik gained popularity in India after his participation in Bigg Boss 15. His performance in the show was very popular with everyone including the host, Salman Khan. During his Bigg Boss stint, he became close friends with fellow contestants – Shiv Thakare, Sajid Khan, MC Stan and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Last year, Abdu also made a guest appearance on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 when he was seen supporting his friend, Shiv Thakare.
