Jind A farewell ceremony was organized for final year BA, B.Com and B.Sc students led by Dr. Upasana Garg on the premises of Hindu Women’s College. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the Principal of the college, Dr. Poonam Mor. A beauty competition was also organized during the programme, with 13 women taking part. In this competition, Naina Verma got the title of Miss Final, Aastha got the title of Miss Talent and Tania got the title of Miss Personality. The role of the jury was played by Dr Geeta Gupta and Dr Priyanka Sahni. During the ceremony, the female students welcomed the Principal Dr Poonam Mor and the senior teachers Dr. Sushma Hooda, Rekha Saini, Dr. Geeta Gupta, Anjali by applying tilak. The students participated in various cultural programs such as dancing, singing and reciting poetry. The students captivated everyone with their excellent presentation. Final year B.Sc students gave a spectacular group dance presentation. In the event, the students made the program beautiful and attractive through various activities like ramp walking.
