GUWAHATI: Aam Aadmi Party leader Rishiraj Kaundinya has filed his nomination for Sonitpur parliamentary constituency in Assam.

The 45-year-old Kaundinya, who hailed from Kalibari, Ward No. 11 in Tezpur, filed his candidacy on March 27, 2024.
In his affidavit Kaundinya revealed that his name is registered in the 67th Legislative Assembly constituency of Tezpur.

Sunitpur is slated to go to the polls on April 19 during the first phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
