On the order of the court, Durg Kotwali police station registered a case under Section 420 against the accused woman. The police said that a complaint in this regard was filed on March 16 by Magistrate Ajay Kumar Sahu. According to the case, accused Alka Oika, a resident of Shankar Nagar Durg, presented Kisan Kitab in the court of Justice Payal Topno on bail on behalf of accused Bebushra Kaushal against Gyanendra Kumar. Whereas the woman had previously become an Arab in Kishon, it was written in another case of the same court. Whereas there was no mention of a previous collateral in the loan book presented today. The court has issued an order to register a crime against the woman Alka Oika for forging her documents. In order to register a case on this, the accused was arrested.
