It was reported that a surprise inspection of the offices at the level of the block was done by the senior officials of the block in question. The surprise inspection began at 10 am and lasted until 11 am. In this investigation, 37 officers at the block level and 84 staff members were found to be missing or arrived at the office late. Disciplinary action will be taken by the District Officer against these absent or late employees.
