The body of a man, who had been missing since April 08, was recovered from the Jhelum River near Shaltnang area of ​​Srinagar in central Kashmir on Monday morning, officials said.
An official said that the body of Fayaz Ahmed Khan, son of Muhammad Shafi Khan of Khanka Mohalla, was recovered from Jhelum near Mujund in Shalteng by locals, who then informed the police.
According to him, the body was sent to the hospital and will be transferred to the family after medico-legal procedures.
