A fire broke out due to unknown reasons around 12 noon on Monday in Jhapnadeh village under Sirali tehsil of the district. Because of which five houses in the village were completely burnt to ashes. Sirali Tehsildar Virendra Ooik said that a fire started in Jhapnadeh for unknown reasons on Monday afternoon. Because of this all the household items kept in all the houses were burnt to dust. With the help of the fire brigade that arrived at the spot from the Sirali Municipal Council, the fire could be brought under control in about an hour. He said that the Panchnama is currently being prepared and the loss is being assessed He said that financial assistance will soon be provided to all the affected families as per government rules.
