A fire broke out in a sweet shop near the old bus stand in Narwar town in Shivpuri district on Wednesday night. After the information, the fire brigade reached the spot and brought the fire under control. In this incident the shopkeeper suffered a loss of around Rs 2.5 lakh. Raju Kushwaha, a resident of Narwar town, said that he closed his sweets and tea snacks shop at 9 pm on Wednesday night and went home. Information was received about a fire in the shop at 1 o’clock in the evening. When we got there, the shop was burning.
The fire brigade also reached the spot after receiving information about the fire that started in the shop. Who somehow controlled the fire. But by then all the goods that were kept in the shop were destroyed.
Shopkeeper Raju Kushwaha said that the reason behind the fire in the shop could not be ascertained. In today’s incident he has suffered a loss of around Rs 2.5 lakh. This morning Narwar Tehsil workers have gone to inspect the damage area.
