Kiev (International Desk) A 29-year-old woman from Ukraine died while fasting a few hours after accepting Islam in Dubai.
It is said that the woman, as a new Muslim in Ramadan, was fasting when she died.
The woman was identified as Daria Kotsarenko, who had no family or relatives in Dubai.
According to several social media sources, Daria had arrived in the UAE as a tourist and was looking for a job.
During this search, not only did various job opportunities appear, but also the beauty of Islam impressed.

According to the widely shared document, Daria was previously a Christian who converted to Islam on March 25 in Dubai.
Daria’s story touched the hearts of many, and drew large crowds to her funeral prayers on Friday.
According to information shared by a social media account called Janazah UAE, thousands of Emiratis and expatriates gathered at the Al-Qasa cemetery mosque to offer the woman’s funeral prayers.
This act of solidarity with non-Muslims is not new to residents of the UAE.
There have been earlier cases where crowds of hundreds of Muslims have been seen showing support at the funerals of new converts.
One such example came in November 2022 when a 93-year-old woman named Louise Jean Mitchell, also known as Umm Yahya, died shortly after converting to Islam.
At the time, she was in the United Arab Emirates with her son and the same Janazah UAE social media account shared the story of her conversion and the details of her funeral.
The news attracted the attention of Abu Dhabi residents, who turned out in large numbers to attend his funeral.
