A case of murder of a farmer who went to the fields by slitting his throat was discovered in Motihari. After receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene, took control of the body and sent it for post-mortem. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Jadu Lal Sakhani, a resident of Dumaria. Regarding the incident, Parmod Sahani, son-in-law of the deceased, said that my father returned home yesterday after voting during the day. After that he ate food and slept.
The police sent the body for post-mortem
He left the house in the evening and said he was going to Diara to cut watermelons. But, he didn’t get home until tonight. After that it was thought that he might have stayed in the fields as well. Many people stay in the fields during watermelon season.
That’s why we were also safe. On Sunday morning, when he drove towards the fields, his bike and his blood-soaked body were lying on the road, about one and a half kilometers from his house, seeing this, information was given to the Dumaria Ghat police. The police took the body into custody and sent it for a post-mortem.
According to the information received, late Jadu Lal Sani had four sons and two daughters. His three sons work outside. Whereas the two daughters are married, they would stay at home and engage in agriculture. SP said that dog squad and FSL team were called.
As soon as information about the incident was received, SP Kantesh Mishra sent Chakia SDPO Satendra Singh to the spot and started investigating the incident. At the same time, a team of FSL and All Squad was called in for investigation and given responsibility to investigate the reason behind the murder.
