People caught red handed to a thief who fled after stealing a child from Nugra village in Chakand police station area in Gaya. The villagers first beat him and then handed him over to the Chakand police station. Chakand police are currently investigating the caught thief. The caught child thief is not revealing his exact name and address. Sometimes he claims to be a resident of Orissa and sometimes he claims to be a resident of Patna and Nevada.
