Regarding the same, those two accused along with other members of their family abused us and said that you informed the police and carried out the raid. On Thursday night, the accused broke the door of my house and entered the house and attacked me with the intention of killing me. Ayush Nayak, Sidhu Nayak, Asha Devi, Saraswati Devi, Rishi Nayak are accused in the application. In which it is said that all these accusers attacked with sticks, knives and tangi rods. Because of this my father Aivat Ram Nayak fell on the ground. During that time, our family members interfered and attacked our family members. Due to this my mother Saraswati Devi, wife Anita Devi, sister Kushmi Devi were injured. The accused also allegedly took Rs 20,000 which was kept in a box in the house during the fight. When we screamed, the people nearby intervened and admitted us to BGH Hospital and Sadar Hospital in Bokaro. Where my father’s condition is critical. He is being treated at the BGH CCU. We tried to get a statement from the station in charge in this regard but he did not receive the call.
