The sanitation workers of the municipal company gathered at the Mufusil police station

When an employee of the Samastipur Municipal Corporation dumped garbage on a disputed land in Garuara Chaur, located far from the city, the police came and took the sanitation worker and the vehicle into custody. On hearing of the sanitation worker’s arrest, other sanitation workers became agitated and people protested by ramming the garbage-laden tractor used for other cleaning work into the police station premises. The sanitation workers demanded the release of the arrested sanitation worker and the vehicle. Later, the Superintendent of the Mufusil Police Station took an apology from the sensor and calmed the matter down.
