The police arrived at the van and searched everywhere, then in the evening the child’s slippers were seen near the well in the fields. After this the children were taken out of the well and taken to the area hospital for a post mortem. On Thursday morning, the police station prepared the Panchnama, conducted a postmortem of the child’s body and handed it over to the family members.
According to the information, Surendra, father of Harigopal Sahu, aged 12 years, resident of Kurra, Rampur, studies in the fifth class, went to the farm with mother Malti at 11 am on Wednesday to graze goats, in the evening at 4 pm mother said – take the goat, before going home the child fell into the well while giving water to the goats in the well built on the farm. As a result he died due to drowning in water. When the child did not arrive at home at 6 pm, the mother informed the family.
After this everyone started looking for him. But when he was not found late at night, the family informed the police. The police arrived at 11pm and at 2am they pumped the water out of the well on the farm, after which they looked into the well with a torch. Where the dead bodies of her children were found, they were pulled out of the well at 2.30 am and taken by taxi to the district hospital at 11 am on Thursday for a post mortem. While preparing the Panchnama, the police station conducted the post mortem of the body of the deceased child at 11.40 am and handed it over to the family members.
Girdhari, uncle of the deceased child, said that Surendra was studying in the fifth class and due to holidays, the child had gone to the farm with his mother. Afterwards, his mother had asked him to come home. When the mother came from behind and looked at the house, the child was not found at home near the well. After that it was emptied by the pump. After that the child’s body was taken out of the well and brought to the hospital. Now his postmortem is being completed.
