In the Indore-Dahod New Railway Project, Ratlam Division has set a target of December to complete the railway from Indore to Dhar. In this regard, track laying work on the 9 km Pithampur-Sagaur rail section after Indore-Tehi has also been completed. Now about 37 km of work is left from Sagaur to Naugaon (Dhar). This is also completed quickly. This time Rs 600 crore has been received for the project in the budget.

At present, freight train trains are running by laying railway line till Indore-Tehi.
