Lord Ram has already settled in his birthplace Ayodhya, now preparations are going on to give his city the same old beauty as it was in his time. For this purpose, preparations were made to fill the entire Ayodhya with vegetables by planting Indian fruit and medicinal trees and plants. The Uttar Pradesh government has set a target of planting 38 lakh 12 thousand 680 saplings in Ayodhya alone this year. These saplings will be planted by various departments of UP Government in different precincts of Ayodhya during the upcoming rainy season. This will help fill the entire city with greenery, reduce the temperature, provide fresh and delicious fruits to the people and enhance the beauty of Ayodhya from a tourism point of view.
One plant per house campaign
To protect the plants, preparations are underway to launch a ‘One Plant at Home Campaign’ in Ayodhya. In this way, with the cooperation of the citizens of Ayodhya, they will be given an opportunity for development by planting one sapling each in their homes, offices and private and public places. For this, people also know by taking cooperation from the townspeople.

According to the information, the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is preparing to conduct a plantation drive to improve the climate of Ayodhya. This will help in increasing the amount of pure oxygen in the atmosphere and preserving the environment. Ayodhya Conservator of Forests Pranav Jain said there is a plan to plant more number of fruit-bearing and oxygen-giving plants. This will help in purifying the environment. Preparations are being made to plant more and more plants of varieties like Drumstick, Peepal, Pakad, Banyan, Arjun, Jamun, Amla, Guava, Mango, Tiak, Rosewood etc.
