3 foot criminals of Balarampur Badar District: Entry banned for 6 months based on evidence, action under State Security Act Achi-News

In order to conduct peaceful Lok Sabha elections in Balarampur district, District Magistrate Remijius Ekka expelled 3 habitual criminals from the district. Serious crimes are registered against all three in their respective police station areas. According to SP Balrampur’s report, the three miscreants have been banned from entering Balrampur and four surrounding districts for 6 months. According to the information, names of Mayank Yadav Wadrafnagar, Prashant Vishwas alias Chhotu Bengali, Sagarpur Balrampur and Konda alias Sundar, Khukhari tehsil Rajpur are included. As per the order issued for 6 months, Badar District action was taken against all the three violators from Balarampur-Ramanujj district border and Surjah, Koria, Jashpur and Surajpur border revenue district for a period of 6 months from the order dated 19th April 2024 . On the basis of evidence and documents, action should be taken by Senior Superintendent of Police, Dr. Lal Umad Singh against Manyak Yadav, Prashant Biswaz alias Chhotu Bengali and Kunda alias Sundar under the provisions of Section 5(a)(b) of the State Security Act 1990. (District Badr) A report on taking actions was presented. Explanatory notices were issued to all three of them and answers were received. Given an opportunity to be properly heard, action was taken under the State Security Act as the charges against Mayank Yadav, Prashant Biswas alias Chhotu Bengali and Konda alias Sundar were confirmed on the basis of evidence and prosecution documents presented.
