PTI Islamabad (Web Desk) leader Shoaib Shaheen has claimed that two persons including Barrister Hasan Niazi have disappeared from the jail. Kings and jungles also have some laws, but unfortunately there is no rule of law in Pakistan.
Shoaib Shaheen says that the whole of Pakistan is saying that the Chief Justice is extending the term. If the children and properties of our rulers are outside the country, how will the government come? Justice and law are being strangled in Pakistan. We demand that the 6 judge case be sent to the full court.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala prison, Shoaib Shaheen said why should any foreign investor invest in a country where there is no rule of law? Our demand was to create a commission on Form 45 but we were not heard.

Shoaib Shaheen said that justice is being done quickly in the case of Nawaz Sharif. State machines were brought to the airport. We filed an application last year for violation of human rights, but it was not heard. The 5-judge bench ruled that founders cannot hear cases prejudiced against PTI.
Shoaib Shaheen demanded that the Chief Justice take suo motu action on the Bahawalnagar incident. The law was made a joke in Adiala Prison. If the money returned from Pakistan is brought back, the dollar will be worth 50 rupees. All privileges go to elites. The people should be given the right to govern.
