Due to the negligence of government ministries, more than 1.5 lakh people living in around 34 colonies of RDA and Housing Board are facing sanitation, water and road problems for the last five years. There are no parks or adequate electricity arrangements here. The surprising thing is that all three departments are ready for delivery, but the work is not progressing beyond the files. Now, citing the code of conduct, the officers claim to complete this work in the next six months.
