India Yamaha Motor India today (April 8) updated three models as part of its ‘The Call of the Blue’ campaign. This includes the Fascino hybrid scooter, the Ray ZR and the MT-15 V2 naked streetfighter bike.
The company has also added some safety features along with new color options in all three models. A hazard light function has been provided in these for safety. In this function, all four indicators of the vehicle flash. It is mainly used during periods of fog.
Yamaha MT15 V2 will get a new cyber green color
Yamaha has introduced a new cyber green color option on the MT-15 V2 naked streetfighter bike. Apart from that, some graphical changes have been made to the Cyan Storm DLX color scheme to make the naked bike more attractive. Apart from this, the bike is available with Dark Matte Blue, Metallic Black, Ice Fluo Vermillion, Racing Blue and Metallic Black color options.
The MT15 V2 is priced at Rs 1,72,700 (ex-showroom). To power the Yamaha MT15, a 155 cc liquid-cooled engine has been provided, producing 18.1 PS of power at 10000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 7500 rpm. This engine comes with VVA technology and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip clutch and assist.
