The Bharatiya Secular Front (ISF) has decided to enter the electoral fray alone. In such a special situation, it may be more challenging to wave minorities for the Congress Left alliance, especially as the BJP tries to capitalize on various issues like the Ram Mandir polarization and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).

Although there is some resentment among the people of the community towards the state government, leaders of the religious minority community believe that voting for Trinamool is important to counter the BJP.
