LAHORE (Newsdesk) National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is the competent authority to issue Family Registration Certificate (FRC), a document that gives details about family members. FRC fee is Rs.1000.
Pakistani nationals can apply for FRC to NADRA in the following three categories.
By birth. The certificate produced will list your family including details of your parents and siblings.
of joy The certificate presented will contain a list of your family members including details of your spouse and children.
By adopting – The certificate produced will list your family including your guardian’s details.
If a person is not registered with NADRA and does not have a 13 digit ID number, their data will not appear in the FRC.
Where to apply for an FRC
You can apply for your FRC by visiting the NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through the Pak-ID website.

You can apply for a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) by visiting the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Overseas Pakistanis can visit the relevant mission office abroad to obtain a Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
New NADRA FRC Fee April 2024
From April 2024, the NADRA fee for issuing FRCs in normal and operational categories remains unchanged at Rs 1,000.
