A new dispute has started in Delhi regarding the Wakf Board land, and the Wakf Management Board has claimed that these six temples were built on the Wakf Board property, which seems to be heating up the politics. A fact-finding report by the Delhi Minorities Commission claimed that 6 temples here were built on Waqf Board land.

But the governing body of these temples, which has been accused of being built on waqf land, has completely rejected this claim. The temple management board claims that these temples were there before the formation of the Wakf Board.

The report of the Minorities Commission on the Legal Status of Religious Places in and around West Delhi, 2019, has been debated amid the national uproar over the Waqf Act. In this report it is stated that some temples are located on Wakf Board land.

In the midst of such controversies, News 18 India team visited the disputed site in BK Dutt Colony, Delhi to find out the reality Talking to News 18 India, temple trustee Madan Bhutani said that the temple land this has been purchased by the Indian government. in 1958. Its foundation stone was laid in 1961 and the minister said at the time that the foundation stone had been laid and the inauguration was also done here.
