- Veer Savarkar’s Swatantra Collection Reaches 5.90 Crores, Increase In Earnings On Sunday; Margao Express Earned Rs 7.10 Crore So Far

Veer Savarkar’s Swatantra collected Rs 2.60 crore on the third day of its release ie Sunday. The total collection of the film has reached Rs 5.90 crore. Worldwide speaking, it has done a business of Rs 8.26 crore. The film Margao Express, released with Veer Savarkar’s Swatantra, has earned Rs 7.10 crore. On Sunday, the film collected Rs 2.85 crore. An increase was seen in the earnings of both the films on Sunday.

Divyendu Sharma, Prateek Gandhi and Avinash Tiwari starrer Margao Express is a dark comedy film.
Both these films were released on 22 March. While Swatantra Veer Savarkar is a serious film based on the life of Veer Savarkar, Margao Express is a comedy film. Both films seem to be getting mixed response from the audience. However, when it comes to box office collection, the pace of both the films is quite slow.

Looking at Randeep Hooda, it seems that hardly anyone could have been cast better than him in the role of Savarkar. It felt as if we were seeing Savarkar on screen.
