The Bihar Women’s Under-23 T-20 Cricket Tournament was launched at the Shri Krishna Singh Memorial Stadium in Jamui. The first match of the tournament was played between teams A and C. Group A won the toss and batted first and scored 156 for 4 wickets in 20 overs.

Komal played a tremendous innings of 64 runs and Shubhana played a tremendous innings of 33 runs. In that bowling, Nandini from group C took 2 wickets, Nisha and Rahana took 1 wicket each. Chasing 156 runs in the first innings, Team C could score only 95 runs after losing 7 wickets in 20 overs.
From Group C, Rahana contributed the maximum 24 runs and Urvashi contributed 19 runs. In bowling, Arkana and Arian of Group A took 2-2 wickets and Shweta and Rahana took a 1-1 wicket. Team A beat Team C by 61 runs.
Sachin Kumar of Muzaffarpur and Deepak Kumar of Khagaria played the role of referee in the match. While the scorers were Suman Kumar and Shubham Singh Rajput. Earlier, the game was inaugurated by Jamui DDC Sumit Kumar and SDO Abhay Tiwari. During this, District Cricket Association President Manoj Kumar Singh, Vice President Ashok Kumar Singh, Secretary Imran Akhtar Khan, BCL Chairman Sanjay Kumar Singh and many sports lovers were present.
