Agartala: The Bharatiya Janata Party nominees will have to secure victory to maintain the flow of development in the Northeast Indian state in the coming days. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given special importance to the development of North Eastern states including Tripura. Therefore, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha appealed to the people to campaign to win massive votes for Bharatiya Janata Party candidates.
The Chief Minister said this at a public meeting organized in support of West Tripura constituency candidate nominated by Bharatiya Janata Party, Biplab Kumar Dev, and Ramnagar Assembly by-election candidate, Deepak Majumdar, in the Lok Sabha elections in Ramnagar assembly constituency. And in this rally, the Prime Minister welcomed 1500 voters from 370 families who left other parties for the Bharatiya Janata Party.

The Chief Minister of Tripura said in the meeting, “Development of any state or country is possible only when there is peace. The law and order system has improved significantly since the Bharatiya Janata Party came to power in the state. The Bharatiya Janata Party-led government is committed to peace in the state.
