The coaching institutes are rampant without registration in different areas of the district including the headquarters. Now the government has taken over them. The registration process for this type of coaching institutes has been started again. In this framework, an investigation team was established to register the coaching institute which deposited the amount for registration seven years ago. After an investigation by the committee, the training institutes that meet the standards will be registered. The rest of the training institutes operating without registration will be closed. Action will be taken against the coaching institutes operating without registration under the Bihar Coaching Institute Control and Regulation Act 2010. In view of the Bihar Coaching Institute Control and Regulation Act 2010, it is mandatory for coaching institutes to register.
There is not a single registered coaching institute in the city, the exact number is not known according to Block Education Officer Savash Kumar, the coaching institute has no trace. Therefore their exact number is unknown. Not a single training institute has yet been registered in the city. In light of the government’s instructions, the operators of the training institute applied seven years ago. Now that the investigation process has started, all coaching institutes will be inspected. The government implemented the Bihar Coaching Institute Act 2010 in 2010. Under this, coaching institutes had to be registered. No action was taken on this law for years. The registration initiative began in 2016. Applications for registration were taken in 2017. After that, the registration process of 191 training institutes began, but even after two years, the registration process was absorbed into the files. Private training operators take advantage of this. A committee was also established to register training institutes. The committee appointed DM as chairman, SP, DEO and Principals of Angiba Colleges as members.
