Tosha Khana vs Imran Khan case, decision likely to come in October – Public News
The verdict in the Tosha Khana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is likely to come in early October.
According to the sources, the report was sent by the Speaker of the National Assembly to the Election Commission on August 4. The reference was sent under Art. 62 one and Art. 63A.
The hearing was presided over by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja.
Sources say there is a high probability of a decision in the first week of October. Notably, Imran Khan has been accused of not disclosing assets worth crores of rupees bought by Tosha Khanna.
