Raipur police have arrested two vicious thugs from Mumbai. These thugs used to come to Raipur by flight to commit the crime and after committing the crime they used to run back to Mumbai. The thugs extorted lakhs of rupees by promising fake gold at various jewelery shops of Rippur. When the shop owners found out about this, they filed a police complaint.
Mahesh Kumar Thwaite lodged the first complaint at the police station of the rally.
