Three minor children died due to drowning in the pool of a brick kiln at Puttaniganj, near Kishanganj town. The villagers said that the age of the deceased in this incident was between eight and twelve. The dead are residents of the village of Singiya, near the scene of the incident.

Sources said that two ponds are old near the Heera brick kiln
