This international film city (International Film City) is located in Sector 21 of the Yamuna Authority. There are possibilities that its foundation stone can be laid between June 22 and 24. High-level meetings have begun on this issue. The Film City to be established in Greater Noida, UP is the dream of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. It is expected that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath may also participate in the foundation stone laying program of the film city.
Yamuna Authority CEO Dr. Arun Vir Singh spoke to Local 18. During this, he told that a film city is proposed on 1000 acres in Sector 21 under Yamuna Authority of Greater Noida. In the first phase, the movie City is supposed to develop on 230 dunams. Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects along with Bhutani Group bagged the rights of the developer by submitting the highest bid. The process of establishing the film city took a long time. The letter of allocation to the company was also published in the cabinet.
Consent was given to take over 230 dunams of land
At a meeting in Delhi, the company agreed to take over 230 acres of land for the construction of Film City. Many conditions were placed before the company by the authority to start building the movie city. The most important and first condition of this is that the company will have to deposit 80 million as a security amount with the Authority. The Yamuna Authority will also have to give 18% of the income from the Film City. Only then can the company begin these construction works.
No changes were made to the fixed offers and design
The authority will open basic facilities including roads to the movie city. Apart from this, the company also deals with planning and construction works. It is the responsibility of the company. While carrying out construction and design work, the company cannot change any type of fixed proposal and design. The CEO said that all avenues were completed based on the biology prepared in accordance with all conditions.
Boney Kapoor will arrive in Noida
Boney Kapoor, the owner of the company that built the film city and the producer of the films (Boney Kapoor) will arrive in Greater Noida between June 22 and 24. It is said that during this period he will take part in many important meetings with the authorities of the Authority. After the meeting with the officials, the owner of the company and the film producer will go to sector 21 to lay the foundation stone of the film city. Because 230 acres of land was closed from the Film City Authority. Now there won’t be any problem to start the construction work here.
