To make Surajpur a child marriage free district, officers and workers have been instructed to publish notices in every village on the day of Ram Nami and Akshaya Tritiya. Collector Rohit Vyas said that if any girl’s age is below 18 years or any boy’s age is below 21 years, then immediate action should be taken to stop these marriages.
