Lincoln Avenue in Knightswood in the city was closed from around 18:00 due to a road collision.
First Glasgow tweeted that their services 3 and X4 were affected.
Service 3 will divert via Alderman, Dyke Road, Archerhill and Lincoln Avenue in both directions until further notice.
Meanwhile, the X4 will divert via Anniesland Road, Tesco Cairntoul, Polnoon Road, Alderman Road, Kelso Street, Archerhill Road and a normal route in both directions.

First they published an update around 18:30 that the road has reopened and the services are returning to their normal route.
It is not known if there were any injuries in the collision.
Police Scotland has been contacted for a response.
