The restaurant filed a claim for damages of 3 million rupees against the social media channel that defamed its name.
A famous restaurant in Hyderabad, India, Paradise Food Court has filed a Rs 3 crore defamation case against social media channel ‘Telugu Crime Files 2023’. The restaurant said that the channel falsely accused them of serving the bad shock.
In this regard, the Secunderabad City Civil Court ordered the removal of comments and posts against the restaurant from the channel on Thursday, April 4.
The court further said that if the channel ‘Telugu Crime Files 2023’ or ‘Aara TV’ has uploaded any link in this regard, it should also be deleted.
Defendants Sheikh Mansour and Mehboob Hussain were ordered to remove any defamatory and unpopular statements made against Paradise Restaurant.
The above incident took place on March 25 when customer Mansoor Shaikh shared his experience of eating Halim at the branch in Gumpet during Ramadan.
The channel claimed in the video that the Hyderabad Paradise Food Court restaurant serves Bassi Helm.
