Chaos in the house after the death of women
In Palamu district, on Monday, the day of Holi, two girls died due to drowning in the river. After putting colors on Holi, the girls had gone to bathe in the river which was about half a kilometer away from the house. The incident took place in Kadal Kurmi village under Mohammadganj police station.
Among the dead girls are Priya Kumari (9), daughter of Sakhichand Sao and Ruby Kumari (8), daughter of Ashok Yadav. After the death of the girls, the joy of Holi in the area turned into grief.

According to the information, 5-6 women of the village had gone to take a bath in the Koel river near the Kadalkurmi Panchayat Secretariat. Meanwhile, two girls went into deep water. Because of how he drowned. Other women who had gone to bathe told the villagers to drown them. By the time the villagers and family members found them in the river, both girls were dead.

After receiving information about the incident, as per the instructions of superintendent of police Pankaj Kumar Tiwari, ASI Subir Kisku reached the spot and took the body into custody. The bodies of the women have been sent to Hussainabad Divisional Hospital for post-mortem. This incident has created chaos in the women’s homes.
