In the winter session of 2019, there was a demand to divert water flowing into the sea into the Godavari basin in the eastern Atituti to ensure that water is available to the benefit areas of the Godavari canals. Raise this issue again in the budget session in 2023. Kale brought the issue of Godavari canal burning to the attention of the House. It was asked to settle the water dispute between Nagar-Nashik and Marathwada.
