Volodymyr Matviychuk, co-founder of the chain of convenience stores Galya Baluvana and MultiCook, is launching a chain of fast food restaurants called Gabar. The first will appear in Lutsk, as reported on the Facebook page of Multi Сook Ukraine
The first man in Lutsk will appear in May, and later it is planned to sell the franchise and create a network of such establishments in Ukraine and abroad, VolynPost learned.
Restaurant-level dishes will be served within 5-7 minutes, the menu will include more than a hundred items that will change all the time.
“We are positioning Gavar as a multi-purpose institution. It combines a cafe, restaurant, bar and fast food establishment. In this way, we will be ready to close any customer request. Our visitor will be able to drink coffee in the morning, freshen up during the lunch break and have dinner with his family,” said Volodymyr Matvychuk.
The restaurateur and chef Yuri Khazipov became the brand chef of the restaurant dishes in the establishment.
Matvychuk says that the preparations for the opening of “Gaber” began a year ago. Many items were tested on the customer base of “Heli in Livna” and based on customer reviews, the dishes with the greatest demand among consumers were determined.
When creating the menu, they decided to move away from traditional Ukrainian cuisine. In the restaurant you can order dishes from Europe, Asia and America.
The menu is based on complex second courses with a side dish, sauce and meat, fish or vegetables. There will be appetizers, salads, soups and also hamburgers and fried wings. Special sauces will be used in the dishes.
In addition, a large selection of desserts, ice creams, tea and drinks from our production is provided.
