Tata Pigments signed bonus agreement
The annual bonus agreement for the year 2023-2024 was agreed on Thursday between the Tata Pigments Employees Union of Jamshedpur and Tata Pigments Management. Under this agreement, a total of Rs 48 lakh 52 thousand will be distributed among the employees as bonus.

The agreement was signed by Managing Director Anil Kumar Singh Harshana, Chief Factory Manager Prasun Hui, Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Aggarwal, Chief Human Resources Officer Ankita Kevin Natal and Atul Kumar Sharma on behalf of Tata Pigments management.
At the same time, on behalf of the union, union president Vinod Kumar Singh, vice president Kulbir Singh, Satyanarayan Rao, joint secretary Kamlesh Kumar Sharma, Anil Prasad, treasurer Bhuneshwar Ram and Payo signed.

According to this agreement, employees will receive a maximum of Rs 71,118 and a minimum of Rs 54,247 as bonus. This time the total bonus is set at Rs 48.52 lakh, which is more than last year’s Rs 46 lakh. With this, employees will receive a bonus with an increase of approximately 17.64 percent. The bonus amount will reach the employees’ bank accounts by September 21, 2024, so that they can enjoy the Christmas season.
