Paratha is popularly consumed in North India. Paratha is prepared in many ways. These are very tasty. You feel full for a long time after consuming them. If you are tired of eating potato, onion and cabbage parathas, you can make parathas with twists. you Sweet corn You can make parathas. This paratha can be served with curd or chutney. You can also make these parathas for your guests. This paratha can be packed and taken for lunch as well. Kids will love this paratha. Sweet Corn Paratha is not only delicious but also healthy. It is very easy to make. Let’s know its method.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn Paratha

2 cups frozen sweet corn

4 cups wheat flour

2 teaspoons garam masala powder

teaspoon red chili powder

2 boiled potatoes

4 to 5 green chillies

Coriander leaves

Celery 1 tsp

Salt as required

Make sweet corn paratha in this way

Step – 1 First boil the sweet corn

To make this paratha first boil the sweet corn. Put the sweet corn in water and boil it until soft. After that filter its water.

Step – 2 Make the stuffing

Now place a pan on gas. Add boiled sweet corn to it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now keep it in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients like garam masala powder, potatoes, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix all these to make a good stuffing.

Step – 3 Seal the mixture

Now take flour in a big bowl. Add salt and water to it and knead it well. Now take small portions of the dough and make balls. Roll the bread and stuff the mixture into it. Then roll again.

Step – 4 Fry the parathas well

Heat the tawa. Now fry the parantha in ghee on medium flame. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Do the same for the rest of the parathas. Now serve this paratha with curd or chutney.
