Collector Pratibha Pal said in the meeting that 500 players and officials will participate in the competition. Arrangements have to be made for their stay in new hostel buildings near the Collectorate. During this period, make good arrangements for accommodation and food for the players. Making the necessary arrangements at the Government School of Excellence No. 1 for organizing the competition. District Sports Officer should prepare at least three courts for Kabaddi. The Executive Engineer of Public Works Department should have the necessary barricade for the competition. The Regional Education Officer should coordinate with other departments and ensure all the arrangements for the sports competition. So that the guest players and sports coaches who come to the competition do not face any kind of problem.
In the meeting, District Education Officer Sudamalal Gupta said that arrangements are being made in the new hostel building for the players to stay. Colorful cultural programs will be the opening and closing ceremonies of the competition. The responsibility for this has been given to private schools. All arrangements are being made to organize the competition in the school of excellence. At the meeting, decisions were also made regarding drinking water, sanitation, security arrangements, first aid arrangements and arrangements for the judges of the competition at the venue of the competition.
